OK,
How to get rid of gingivitis
So first of all. What is gingivitis ? Gingivitis is a form of gum disease or gum infection that affects majority of Americans and adults in general. Gingivitis is derived form not properly taking care of our teeth and gums. Each time we eat something, for instance a hamburger or a bar of candy. We leave bacteria and germs inside our mouth, as these build up without being cleaned they start to attack the gums and enamel causing pain. Some common symptoms include teeth redness’s loss of teeth, swelling, pain and many more.

That is the reason why we have to brush our teeth day and night as well as floss daily. It is so that we can get rid of these dirty annoying bacteria! If leave them alone and let them thrive and spread , it only becomes worse and more painful as time goes on.

Leaving them untreated is also very bad, as they cause further damage. A remedy I found useful in getting rid of bacteria and toothaches or gingivitis is to eat garlic , turmeric or cloves. They are fairly cheap to buy and can be bought from any major or minor store. What i do, is that i chew on these each morning and every night if my teeth starts hurting. And the next thing i know is that the pain has vanished. Seriously, if your teeth are hurting, try them out!

Another helpful tip you can try out is drinking salt water , the process is really easy . Simply mix salt with warm water and use it as mouthwash, wash it as many times as you want as it is 100% safe and harmless. The more you wash the better in my opinion. I tend to wash my mouth using this mouthwash 3-4 times a day. Sometimes the pain disappears instantly, other times it takes longer.

If you are suffering from excessive toothaches and tooth pain , I think it is time you visit a dentist. A dentist may sound scary but they are professionals, so unless you are getting a root canal or getting your teeth’s removed. You shouldn't be scared. I understand that going to a dentist costs money , but if you can afford to visit a dentist every 6 months, then the chances of you contracting another gum disease will be really rare.
